During your employment with Imagine Marketing Promotions, you are obliged to submit a time sheet on a job by job basis in order to ensure prompt payment for jobs completed. Without these time sheets, money owed will not be transferred to your account.

Brand Ambassadors are obliged to send their relevant banking details to accounts@brandarmy.ie in order to ensure prompt payment. It is not our company policy to make payments to Brand Ambassadors via cheque - all monies owed must be transferred to an active Irish bank account held by the relevant Brand Ambassador. The agreed hourly rate per job includes all statutory entitlements to include holiday pay.

It is imperative that all staff arrive on time and in the correct clothing for each promotion
All staff must look presentable for each promotion. E.g. clean-shaven, clean hair etc.
Under no circumstances may staff smoke while in a promotional uniform
The use of mobile phones is prohibited during a promotion
Imagine Marketing Promotions is not responsible for individual staff member’s tax payments. This must be taken care of by the individual.
Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in termination of employment
